Jan will be sharing an inside view, of how the design of a Teal organization takes its shape and gives tips and tricks, on how to tackle the challenges ahead, so you can stick to your way forward.
Qteal managed to setup a no-paper, no-email, set-your-own-wage, unlimited-holidays, only-pay-when-happy organization, but it did not just happened overnight…
WHO?
Jan Van Lishout - Founder Qteal, fixing systems, not people.
After 20 years in software engineering, guiding customers in reinventing their software applications, in 2010, Jan moved into reinventing business organization models after experiencing green, mainly orange, even amber, and yes also a red organization.
Since 2017, Qteal was founded by applying the lessons learned from the past and influenced by the “reinventing Organisations” book by Frederic Laloux.
