About this Event
The world calls us. We are a mighty power for good. It’s time to create a flourishing future together.
We face many complex challenges, and the world is calling us. She is asking us to help transform the castles, nurture the gardens, and craft the Vision. To do so, we must bring to bear our many powerful gifts: learning ceremonies, expansive space, loving circles, customer-focused design, novel experiments, inspiring questions, and liberating play. We are a mighty power for good, and She is relying on us.
This is not the time to go our separate ways. We must combine our genius, passion, and spirit to serve an interconnected, volatile world. So, we invite you to consider: what are the issues and opportunities for creating a flourishing future together?
What kind of future do we dream of, and how will we collaborate to get there?
What awakenings will we spark? How will we build and share? How will we sustain and amplify our impact?
We invite you to a caring space to envision a flourishing future and to unite around projects and actions that will take us there!

How will we do this?
We will host a virtual Open Space event. Open Space is a highly participatory process that has been used 100,000+ times in organizations and communities in 142 countries since the 1980s. Here are the steps in the event's Open Space process:
We start with a blank agenda
During the Opening Circle, we invite participants to identify issues and opportunities for creating a flourishing future together
Participants call meetings on issues and opportunities they care about
Everyone goes to the meetings that interest them the most
Notes are taken at all meetings
After the meetings, participants identify projects and actions they would like to move forward
Participants create action plans with others who want to collaborate
During the Closing Circle, participants reflect on their event experience and what actions they intend to take
As Murli Nagasundaram put it,
“Open Space puts any number of people together to share their passions and create something new. If you are open and willing to risk a little, you will gain much.”
Here is a detailed schedule where you can see how the event will play out in your time zone. You can join and leave at any time.
Okay, so, what next?
